Requirement - 

  • It must be a PropX Box Job.
  • Must have Well Name and stages completed in Job Settings. This can be found in Building jobs (click wells) 

Roles - The following roles have the ability to build Sand Stage Reports

  • Admin
  • Admin Dispatcher
  • Dispatch
  • Supervisor

Locating 

Locate the job in the jobs section and select the load's tab then select Stage Sheet.

1. Jobs

2. Locate the Job and click on

3. Click on the Loads 

4. Click on Stage Sheet


Building

Once the user has clicked on Stage Sheet, PropDispatch will automatically take you to Box Management > Stage Report.  You will see the Green Button + Sand Stage Report.


Click on the + Sand Stage Report. Once done, PropDispatch will bring up a screen that will read Add Stage Report. You will select the following that fits your stage design 

NOT a Simultaneous Frac Report

(Select the following) 

1. Job Name

2. BIMS Stage - (future build-out) select NO for now

3. Simultaneous Frac - No

4. Current Pad Stage

5. Start Time

6. Well 1 (from the drop-down menu)

7. Well 1 Stage Number

8. Click on SAVE


A Simultaneous Frac Report 

(Select the following) 

1. Job Name

2. BIMS Stage - (future build-out) select NO for now

3. Simultaneous Frac - YES

4. Current Pad Stage

5. Start Time

6. Well 1 (from the drop-down menu)

7. Well 1 Stage Number

8. Well 2 (from the drop-down menu)

9. Well 2 (from the drop-down menu)

10. Click on SAVE


Adding Boxes

Select Boxes (next to settings)

The user will then select the following

1. Belt Name T or P (Tank or Pump side)

2. Position - Where the Box is located 

on the belt

3. Box Number - Once entered the following will automatically populate PO Number, Ticket Number, Product Type, Beginning Weight, and your running total.

4. Save Draft


Retrieving the saved draft

The user will select the pencil icon to retrieve their saved draft. Once clicked you will get the option to change the following if necessary.

1. Current Pad Stage

2. Start Time

3. Well 1 or Well 1 Stage

4. Well 2 or Well 2 Stage

5. Belt Position

6. Box Position

7. Box Number

If the user is ready to Finalize the stage report they can at this time or can save the draft for later. Keep in mind once a stage is FINAL it cannot be reversed or put back in a draft status by PropDispatch Support

Final

To finalize a draft you be requested to put in an End Time in Settings

User will also be ask to confirm once they are ready to finalize a stage report 

Exporting Finalized Stage Sheet


Users can download the finalized stage sheet in Excel or PDF. These reports will now include a dry weight pumped column which shows the amount of dry sand that has been pumped on a well which takes the amount delivered and removes the percentage of moisture that is blended with the product based on what was reported by the terminal. 



Possible Errors or messages 

Users may see the following errors and solutions to help you be successful


1. Warning message - Please save settings first

  • The user has to save their information you entered on the first page in the settings. This is where the user entered Job Name and Pad design information  


2. Warning message - Report already exist with Well Selection

  • This is where a Well Stage was already used or selected on the previous stage design.  The user will have to select another stage.
