Welcome to the Hi-Crush Portal! In this article, we will walk you through everything you need to get started with the app. We will give you some basic information, how to navigate through the different pages, and some other neat things you may want to try out.

About the Hi-Crush Portal

The Hi-Crush Portal contains all of the truck ticket information you could need to handle your back office process. This includes a web interface to download loadout reports and grab tickets that drivers may have not provided to you.

We are currently rolling this out to all Hi-Crush Terminals (listed below), so you may need to go to our old portal to grab tickets until we roll out.

Live

  • Kermit Mine
  • Mingo Junction, OH
  • All OnCore Units

Not on the Portal

  • Smithfield, PA
  • Wellsboro, PA

How to Navigate the App

One Login, Two Great apps!

With the Hi-Crush App, you will get standard access to the most trusted last mile proppant delivery software. PropDispatch helps to manage trucks between the terminals and the wellsite and can help automate a lot of processes in your back office.

With PropDispatch and the Hi-Crush portal, you will have one username and password to get into the application. If you ever have issues getting into the application, you can use the forgot password link on the login screen or email us at appsupport@hicrush.com..

  • To get in, enter your email and password and click Login.

You can also ask the site to remember you for the next time you login, or go back the Hi-Crush web site.

Dashboard

Once logged in, the first screen you will see is the Dashboard. This page will:

  • Compare trucks loaded today to yesterday
  • Compare tons loaded today to yesterday
  • Status of purchase orders that are open and in progress
    • You can change the PO from Tons to LBS depending on what your preference is for viewing them, but by default it is in Tons

This screen will also tell you when you logged into the app and the last time that the data refreshed

IMPORTANT: This data is not real time. It refreshes in different intervals from different terminals. Please see the update frequency for the terminals below in the section "How to get your data"

Other

The last button on the portal in the bottom left holds 3 different functions to help manage your account.

Account

This page will show your account details. Currently, you can't edit them here so you will need to go to PropDispatch if you would like to update your account information.

Help

This button will take you to our support portal which is where you are at right now. Here you can open support tickets if you are having issues or take a look at support articles for information on how to do things.

PropDispatch has a similar support portal which you can find at support.propdispatch.com.

Logout

This will log you out of the application and take you back to the login screen.

How to get your data

There are two types of data points you can get out of the Hi-Crush Portal.

  • Loadout Reports
  • Tickets (a.k.a. Bill of Ladings or BOLs)

There are a couple of different places you can grab this data.

  • Tickets page
  • Purchase Order page

Depending on how you want to pull that data, one may be easier than the other. The data in our portal updates every 30 minutes to pull in the most up-to-date information.

This concludes this article. If you ever need any more help you can reach out by opening a ticket on this portal and we will get back to you promptly!
