Hauling Cost Overview

In PropDispatch, a hauling rate is the rate that determines the cost of delivering a load by a carrier. The hauling rate is used during the creation of a job to set the cost for what delivering a load would be. This can be set up so it's applied to all carriers or different rates can be made so it's applied to different carriers.
