Step 1

Enter in the username and password created for you by your carrier

FYI: The drivers username is their phone number

Step 2

Select "Login" button to log into the mobile app and click the "Remember Me" box to stay logged in after you close or minimize the mobile application

Step 3

Hold the button to check and once complete it will turn green stating that checking in was successful.

Step 4

If the driver is signing in for the first time then the driver will get a pop up for the device's location services.

IMPORTANT: For PD Driver mobile app to work properly it's necessary for allow permission all the time for GPS location services

The driver will will need to select their language (English or Spanish) and enter and/or confirm their truck and trailer number.

IMPORTANT: If a driver does not confirm these settings, PD Driver will not get allow the driver to fully log in.

The next screen a driver will see is Truck & Trailer. This is where the driver will enter in their truck and trailer information and select "Yes, Confirm"

Step 5

The Waiting for Load Assignment screen will appear where the driver's load will be seen if they have been assigned one.

FYI: At the top of the screen you will see the time you checked in and the time you have remaining in your shift.
