Password reset for Drivers
If a driver does not remember their password to login into the mobile app then follow the steps below.
- From the side menu select the Carrier icon and click the name of carrier the driver works for.
FYI: If you are a Carrier then you will select the Drivers icon to search for the driver.
- Search for the driver in the search bar and select the three dots under the Action column
- Click the Edit pencil
- Create a new password for the driver using the password requirements and select 'Update Driver'
