Password reset for Drivers

If a driver does not remember their password to login into the mobile app then follow the steps below.

  1. From the side menu select the Carrier icon and click the name of carrier the driver works for. 
FYI: If you are a Carrier then you will select the Drivers icon to search for the driver.


  1. Search for the driver in the search bar and select the three dots under the Action column
  2. Click the Edit pencil
  3. Create a new password for the driver using the password requirements and select 'Update Driver'
