During a job equipment may have to be moved from the well site to a terminal or another location. When assigned a Full Box Move, the following steps should be followed by a driver. 

Step 1  

Once dispatch has assigned a load to a driver, that driver will check into the PD Driver mobile app where they will see a load assigned to them. 

Step 2

When selecting the load is assigned the driver can either accept or reject the load. Rejecting the load will let dispatch know that the driver is not going to take that load.

FYI: Under Pickup Details, the driver can see what type of asset load they're picking up

Step 3

If the driver accepts the load and is at the terminal they will select arrive.

IMPORTANT: If you try and select Arrive and get notified that you're not in range of the geofence but at the terminal please notify your dispatch team.

Step 4

Once the driver has received sand in their boxes and received the ticket (BOL) from the terminal, the driver will enter the following information below.

• Ticket Number
• Ticket Image- Driver will need to take a picture of the ticket (BOL)

Step 5

While the driver is In Transit they will see the screen below that details all the load information just entered. Once they reach the destination the driver will select "Arrive".

Step 6

Once the driver has delivered the  contaminated boxes, they will select "Deliver Load and Depart".

Step 7

Once the load is complete the driver can review the load details of the completed load.
